Located in Los Altos Hills in California, in the Silicon Valley, this estate was put up for sale for 88 million dollars by the businessman and entrepreneur Kumar Malavalli, the founder of Brocade Communications Systems.
With its five bedrooms, seven full and five partial bathrooms, as well as its interior pool and retractable roof (see picture above), this fabulous domain is currently known as the most expensive propriety ever publicly listed in the Silicon Valley area. The estate takes the 12th place in the Business Insider top 19 and pictures are available on Sotheby’s International Realty’s official website.
Available for 137 million dollars, Palm Beach’s Il Palmetto manor is unique is so many different ways. One of the reasons it is so interesting is the fact that the current owner, Jim Clark, Netscape’s co-founder, bought it in 1999 for 11 million dollars and invested four of the following years to return it to its former glory.
Now, the sixth most expensive house for sale in America has a breathtaking view of the ocean, 10 bedrooms, fourteen full and 12 partial bathrooms.
