To this day, thousands of people have been completely seduced by the amusing charm of Netflix’s original, Grace and Frankie. However, the ladies are not the only stars of the series; over the course of two seasons, the beach house has gained its own fanbase.
More often than not, luxury properties made famous by series or movies are built especially for the set and they end up destroyed or forgotten. It wasn’t the case for Sex and the City‘s Carrie Bradshaw’s apartment, and we are glad to tell that it is not the case either for Grace and Frankie‘s fabulous beach house.
As a matter of fact, the luxury residence is located at the 31 212 Broad Beach Road in Malibu, California. It was created by Steve Giannetti, an architect made famous for its unique sense of style that marries contemporary and antics.
According to the real estate website Zillow, this unique beach house was last sold for 15 million dollars in 2006, but today, the property’s evaluation is around 10 million dollars.
As depicted in Grace and Frankie, the sumptuous house was built on a 0,39 acres lot that has Malibu beach for a backyard. It contains four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and multiple common areas on three differents floors.
POf course, the best way to visit Grace and Frankie’s beach house is to binge-watch the two seasons of endearing series on Netflix. You can also take a look at the numerous available pictures on Giannetti’s official website, or on the three articles written about it on the Hooked on Houses blog.
