HOW DO YOU BOOK A RENTAL?

When you’re ready to book, three options are available:

CAN I RENT BY THE WEEK?

No, the minimum rental is one month.

But you can occupy the unit for the number of weeks you desire from the moment you agree to pay for the basic monthly package. In most cases, the overall price will be lower than the cost of an upscale hotel.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM STAY?

One month.

ARE ALL YOUR ACCOMMODATIONS FURNISHED?

Yes. All our units are fully furnished and equipped. See the STANDARDS section for items included in each property.

IS THERE A COST FOR RENTAL PROPERTY SEARCH?

No. Unlike other companies, IN LOGIA does not charge any fees for rental property search, advice and support services, even if you don’t eventually rent a property with us.

DO YOU ASK FOR A SECURITY DEPOSIT?

Yes. This deposit is equal to the first month’s rent. It will be refunded upon your departure after a satisfactory inspection.

WHERE DO I GO WHEN I ARRIVE?

We’ll meet you directly at the property or at the airport (at your request). Then we’ll show you your rental unit and explain its features and, if you wish, we’ll give you a tour of the neighbourhood.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN EACH RENTAL UNIT?

Each unit includes:

  • Heating, electricity, and hot water
  • Washer and dryer
  • Stove and refrigerator
  • Flat screen TV and DVD/BLUE RAY
  • Fully equipped kitchen
  • Bed linen
  • Towels
  • High-Speed Internet (50 gigs) Wi-Fi
  • Basic cable
  • Toaster
  • Iron and ironing board
  • Household appliances
  • Coffee machine

ARE THERE ANY TAXES ON RENTALS?

No, there are no applicable taxes. Prices are final.

WILL THERE BE HOUSECLEANING SERVICES DURING MY STAY?

We can provide you with housecleaning services to suit your needs for an additional fee: weekly, biweekly or monthly.

IS SMOKING ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES?

No, our properties are non-smoking.

DO I NEED TO GET HOME INSURANCE?

You must provide us a proof of your valid home insurance for the duration of your stay in the rental property. We can refer you to an insurance company that will assist you, ask your consultant. (See: General Rental Terms and Conditions)

CIVIL LIABILITY INSURANCE?

The TENANT has to provide IN LOGIA a proof of liability coverage for the amount of two million dollars ($2,000,000) for the rental address, as well as personal property coverage of ten thousand ($10,000). For additional coverage, please contact your IN LOGIA consultant.

This additional monthly fee will not be charged if the TENANT/ PAYER provides proof of valid home insurance for the rental property or any other proof of valid insurance coverage applicable to the rental property.

ARE THE SUPPORT SERVICES FREE DURING MY STAY?

Our support services are included in the rental price and cover all stages of your stay.

IS MY RESIDENCE NEAR A METRO OR PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION?

Our accommodations are located in strategic areas of the city. To find out what services are available in each area, see the LIFESTYLE section or ask your corporate rentals consultant.

WHAT’S IT LIKE TO LIVE IN MONTREAL?

MUST I CLEAN THE DWELLING BEFORE I LEAVE?

Upon your departure, you must leave the dwelling as clean and orderly as it was when you arrived. We will take care of servicing and maintenance of the premises thereafter.

ARE ALL RENTAL UNITS DISPLAYED ON YOUR SITE?

Yes. But we have many contacts and resources that allow us to find you a residence that meets your criteria. We have a very proactive team!

DO YOU OFFER ADDITIONAL AND CONCIERGE SERVICES?

Yes. For an additional fee, we offer personalized concierge services. (See: Our services)

CAN YOU PROVIDE BABY EQUIPMENT?

Absolutely. We offer several baby items for an additional fee: crib, stroller, high chair, playpen, changing table, etc.
