HOW DO I SUBMIT A PROPERTY?

DOES MY PROPERTY HAVE TO BE FURNISHED AND EQUIPPED?

Yes. However, we offer support services to help you furnish, equip and set up your unit optimally. (See Investors—services)

WHAT ARE THE BASIC ELEMENTS THAT SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN MY ACCOMMODATION?

Each unit must include:

  • Heating, electricity and hot water
  • Washer and dryer
  • Stove and refrigerator
  • Flat screen TV and DVD/BLUE RAY
  • Fully equipped kitchen
  • Bed linen
  • Towels
  • High Speed Internet (50 gigs) Wi-Fi
  • Basic cable
  • Toaster
  • Iron and ironing board
  • Household appliances
  • Coffee machine

DO I DETERMINE THE RENTAL PRICE MYSELF?

If your property corresponds to what we’re looking for, an IN LOGIA specialist will help you assess its rental value according to current market prices.

WHAT ARE YOUR SERVICE FEES?

Please contact us to find out about our monthly management fee.

ARE THERE ANY ADMINISTRATIVE FEES?

There is a $275 annual fee to keep your file active. Upon opening the file, we send a professional photographer to take pictures of your unit at our expense.

DO I WELCOME THE TENANTS MYSELF?

No, it is our responsibility to represent you with the tenants.

DO I HAVE TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEIR DEPARTURE?

No, a team of professionals will take care of cleaning and maintenance of the premises between each rental.

IF A TENANT BREAKS SOMETHING, WHO PAYS?

We assume the costs for minor damage. In addition, we require a security deposit to confirm any booking. After a thorough inspection of the premises after the client’s departure, we will refund the deposit. Any damage (except normal wear) to your property will be deducted from this deposit.

It should be noted that we assume the cost of repairs for minor damage.

HOW IS THE RENT PAID?

We transfer rental payments to you monthly by bank deposit.

CAN I TAKE BACK MY HOME WHENEVER I WANT?

Yes, but the rental contract must be respected.

CAN I RENT MY PROPERTY WITHOUT USING YOUR SERVICES WHILE MY FILE IS ACTIVE WITH YOU?

Yes, if you refer a tenant to us, you will receive a 5% discount on the monthly management fee.
