There is a $275 fee for opening a file with us and this becomes a fixed annual fee.
Our management (MONTHLY) fees depend on the services required.

- $12,000 / $13,000$ for one condo with one bedroom
+ $2,000 for each additional room
- $250$ for furniture assembly
